Always great customer service at pharmacy.
They're always friendly, organized, and helpful. I go here instead of to the convenient store next door most of the time
Is nice pharmacy and the associate are so nice
I ordered my meds at 10 AM, went to pick them up after they called saying my meds were filled, they didn't have my meds.
Charged me for 7 pills because they couldn't fill my script, despite them being covered by my insurance they refused to look up. Blamed me for not coming in to get them before 5PM! It's not my fault they lied to me only to tell me they didn't fill it after all. Manager said I should have filled them in person to avoid being told they didn't have my meds... They had hours to do this and screwed me over because they were lazy. Place is usually filthy too and they wouldn't give me the bathroom key because they said it closed early.
Pharmacy staff are slow, often not very friendly. Behind the counter, they seem to not enjoy helping customers. Poor body language, and lots of heavy sighs. They DO ultimately get the job done, but my last neighborhood Walgreens was WAAAY better.
