So far, customer service seems to be good.
BUT- if you need medication in a timely manner, do not believe them when they say it’ll be ready in an hour and a half, don’t even expect it to be ready the same day... because chances are, it will not be. I personally won’t be using them again, but, I do think the attitudes of those working is very important, and they have been very kind up to this point.
I tried to call the pharmacy for information regarding flu shots. I sat on hold for close to half an hour. Nobody answered at all so I hung up.
Have used this pharmacy the past couple times I've had to get prescriptions filled, have had nothing but problems
CVS came through when Walmart failed!
I was stranded and in a desperate situation: parked at Walmart at 51st Ave & Indian School Road, gas light on in my vehicle, with 3 senior dogs I was trying to keep cool, no data and no Wi-Fi access
The pharmacy staff are very kind knowledgeable and even after a couple visits they know you. They are great at doing everything with contacting the insurance for authorization, special requests and suggesting generics if available.
