I have known Paul and Susanne around 28 years and hav had nothing but exceptional quality service from them! From purchasing jewelry to them repairing and checking prongs and cleaning everything. We have to do this through the mail, but totally worth sending it to them and getting perfect results! They cater to everything I have ever needed! Truly amazing !

They helped me find a great band for a vintage family heirloom watch! Very pleased with their service, knowledge, and all around experience.. Thanks Paul.. In addition they helped me with a couple battery replacements with install and fixed a watch band as well.. Very reasonable pricing and would highly recommend this store..
