This school has went down hill since Mr Miller left. The new principal and assistant principal have lack of communication skills, provide no leeway in helping parents out & keep letting bullying go on. They let you know things after the fact instead of before. I use to love this school for my kids I can not say the same now.
Dont really like this school discovery is MUCH better the teachers are kinda strict a little but i kinda dont like this school.. DISCOVERY Is better ❤❤❤❤❤✨🎶👑👑
Brought my 3 kids here with high hopes and they did learn a little Spanish but we're drastically underserved. Mr. Miller( the principle that facilitated highly the three A+++ awards) was low for him to up and leave and even lower of the Peoria Unified School District board and staff excetera to not extend him a offer to stay or advance. Well there's one more great redeeming thing about SFES, and that's the art Club! If that goes away then so will one of my 2 starts. -Brian k. P.S. Also if you read all the post below about their kids coming home with A's it's easy to do at schools that dont have high standards or raise the education bar and puts a tall fence around its property prison time. I had such high hopes for you Santa Fe but my family and i have moved on. My wife asked principal Nitsche (sp) and the vice principal to bump my daughter up a grade over winter break and they said we don't believe in that and they offered no options for her growth. HYSA accepted her and recommend bumping her up...read my mind.
