I usually love going here but for the past year they have always screwed up my order. I always get cream and sugar in my iced coffees, and in some way shape or form they ALWAYS FORGET something! Today I went there to get 2 sandwiches and 2 orders of hash browns, they did not give me my whole order and then told me over the phone when I called and complained that she didn’t remember me saying that. They DO NOT repeat orders back to you and don’t even give you a receipt. When I went back to get my refund of the sandwich, I could hear one of the employees talking about me and how she remembered punching it in but when I called, she told me different! GET IT TOGETHER!! I will be taking my business elsewhere. This is absolutely ridiculous!

Ordered a coffe and received one that was half empty. Upon addressing it with the counter staff I was informed that my coffee was how it was supposed to be... half empty. Don't waste your time. Go to Fon du Lac.

Stopped to pick up breakfast/ coffee - bacon was half cooked and not very hot - coffee tasted like it was super old -bitter. Really bad. Total waste of $7

The doughnut holes are good. The coffee is meh. Even the latte I had was just barely OK. I don't understand what the hub bub is about their coffee?!

My hot pumpkin spice latte this past Friday afternoon was SUPER concentrated, like extra flavoring was inadvertently spilled or something, and the female server's mask was cute (Halloween theme) but didn't cover her nose or her upper lip. Really? No thanks and no reason to return. Will go elsewhere.
