They were good to me and my family. We hit a rough patch and of course got put out but will definitely make right with them because they deserve the good buisness.

We recently rented a "townhouse"from this lovely company. It has been full of problems since day one . Not to mention a very overpriced monthly rent, and move in costs the unit was very very falsely advertised. We have been reaching out to everyone we have contact info for, only to be obviously ignored. Which is my reason for this post. We have attempted to call,text and email all employees of Atlas residential ,including the person they label as the "property owner". We have gotten a few returned calls,which were pointless. So this "home", should not have been rented yet. There are NO power outlets below 8ft In kitchen so we have to run extension cords to do anything. There are no smoke detectors at all,no closets (besides one dinky one)to make things worse there is no additional forms of storage or pantry. They told us they would personally purchase some type of hanging storage or closet system to "fix "this inconvenience. This was never done. The home was very poorly remodeled and 2 stair wells were added, one is (no joke) only may be 2 -3ft wide, so my son is unable to have a dresser,or his bed (which can't be fully taken apart).his mattress is on the floor and he is using boxes and plastic drawers in place of his bedroom furniture. There is a cockroach infestation,and some rodents.we will find out the severity there with warmer weather. I have lived in az majority of my life so I know roaches are part of this state but can be eliminated with proper cleaning and hygiene. None of the doors properly close,which Is a safety hazard. Several windows are screwed shut,again safety hazard. They sent their "Handy man "to supposedly do some repairs which never happened, he came knocked holes in the kitchen walls, exposing live electric wires,to test for power. This went on over an hour,he never patched them before leaving,again major fire/safety hazard. (I have small children under 5 )which is why it's such a big deal. Other issues, I'm not going to post publicly. All I want is a safe,liveable home. These people are a terrible company, i would recommend anyone steer clear of Atlas residential. Oh and They are charging almost 1200$monthly rent, and a almost 4000$ move in,and we get this. I did forget to mention we were told we could bring out own washer and dryer or rent one conveniently from them for 35$ additional. Well there aren't NO WASHER AND DRYER HOOKUPS, i plug my washer in through a kitchen window ran 5 an extension cord of course up my son's 2ft wide stair case where there happens to be a functional outlet,that blows all power every half hour.(I'm not making any Of this up)..... This has been a nightmare that we unfortunately can't escape financially. Thanks Atlas.

Understanding, quick response and very friendly. Moved from New York and had a few stumbles in getting settled in but with such understanding and patience I had no more worries even after life took a turn in my health they were still patient with me and gave me encouragement to carry on thank you Alfonso L. And all my experience in Arizona continues to be a good one. THANK YOU.

Great Landlord! They are super responsive and very fast at getting stuff done. Everything we've ever had an issue with has been addressed immediately. They leave us alone and have been very professional at every turn. This was our first house rental and we've been here for 4+ years and we couldn't have had a better experience with Alfonso and his team. Renting with them makes it hard to want to buy a house because its so easy with Atlas.
