We recently made our second purchase from Silica - we ordered a kitchen suite of appliances. Easy local company to deal with. Over the phone and in-person service people were knowledgeable. Nice store. Competitive, fair prices. Also helped us apply for manufacturer rebates. Kevin and Mark brought a great installation team for our new kitchen appliances. They had experts on each appliance present. They were experienced and quick. I would buy from them again.
We were looking for a new dishwasher. The salesman was very helpful, friendly and professional. So nice to have someone personally help you, and so much better than shopping at a “big box” store.nTom K. installed the dishwasher and took the old one away. He was efficient and did a great job of demonstrating the features on our new dishwasher.nAll in all, a great experience and we will definitely choose Silica the next time we buy appliances.
Joel and Rusty delivered the new washer with ease and courtesy. Very respectful and delicate around my house when moving the appliance in. Helped with installing and set up so I know these are professional delivery people who care. Even made it easy with taking the old washer when they left, thank you Silica.
My dryer broke down the day before I had to have a total knee replacement 10/12/20. Checked around on prices. Silica had the best price for me. It was important that they deliver, hook up & remove the old 1 for a minimal fee. My daughter took me to the Beaver Dam location (10/23/20). Awesome service From Christine Csiacsek. I was in pain & needed to take of this promptly. She set me up for delivery on 10/28/20. They called the day before & gave me a 2 hr window. 2 young men(Mitchell & Travis) were here promptly when they said. They were so polite & got down to business.. They unlocked the side basement door, hauled it in, old 1 out, hooked everything up, locked everything up for me since I was having trouble doing stairs. I am so very happy with the service I received! I will definitely check Silica out before I go any place else for my needs. I am so very VERY pleased with customer service!!
Joel and Kevin came today to install my new stove for me and 100% was an amazing experience! Super friendly and fun. Had no issues the install went super smooth. They were super informative as well. I highly recommend!
