Friendly, quiet and affordable
Excellent park, the people make the place, mullet wearing wife beater type with behavioral issues that is why the Behavioral clinic is next door. Great place to strike up a conversation about welfare and criminal activities. Owner has an oxy and meth dispensary in office for guests with no teeth and issues.
Great place to live for the mentally ill on disability who can't afford a real house and useless eaters.
Will definitely return to hang out with the swell people of this trailer park!!
Nice adult community
It's a good little community. I've done some work there. The people are genuinely friendly.
