Could be better. Needs an upgrade. Lately, the property needs more work.
Unfriendly, uninviting, not a family oriented style of community; you wouldn't even know that kid's live within this community because this place is a ghost town like Tombstone. Even before the covid-19 outbreak!
Very nice clean neighborhood, I wish they had homes to rent available.
Terri is the most wonderful manager. She is kind and helpful. We love living here and she continues to make us feel welcome.
I have lived here for over 3 years now & Terri & Avery have always been very helpful to me. I know their jobs are not easy ones because I have seen it first hand. Terri comes into work when she is sick because she is devoted to her customers. It takes a lot of patience to do this job. Avery is amazing at knowing how to fix all the things that are always going wrong, especially when my toilet overflowed. That was a real disaster, which he worked very hard to fix in the heat of the summer. I appreciate these two very much!! My hat goes off to them for a job well done!
