I've lived here on and off for around 30yrs and this place has gone from clean, quiet reasonably priced community to what could be considered the cliche definition of a trailer park. I've had to set up security cameras to prevent things from being stolen. Someone breaking into my Cox Communications box and tapping into my wifi causing outrageous data overages would be the most recent example of theft. Good luck to the New Owner...

Very quiet community & safe for my grandbabies.
Just not as it seems..no one bugs u ..thus park and the one by Walmart are the cheapest in the whole area good luck
RUDE! They have no manners and have terrible customer service here. If looking for a house here RUN far away. Management makes you feel uneasy and uncomfortable in the office, mainly by the office manger. The agent rushes you and FYI, bring nose plugs with you to the office as the manager does not believe in deodorant. Be prepared to be made fun of and yelled at! His response is I'm from Texas I can say whatever I want and be rude to anyone for no reason at all.
