I just moved in so I'm going to see if it's a good place or not
I've lived here going on two years. It's under treehouse communities management now and it's gone down hill. They don't have security so there's no one to call if your neighbor decides to blast their music and refuses to turn it down when you ask them. The rent has gone up multiple times but no improvements to the park have been made. For the most part my neighbors are great people, just management is lacking. Also it's not in a great neighborhood... It's just an okay place to live.
Nice area. Grocery store walking distance
Nice quiet family oriented park :) They just added a bunch of brand new mobile homes which makes the park even nicer
People here spy on you, have your cars towed illegally etc....very descriminatory towards non hispanic clientele
