My first experience in this store was wonderful! I was happy with the customer service, the products I purchased as well as the knowledge of the staff. I purchased a couple of candles and had inquired about duplicating a scent of a lotion that I liked which had been discontinued. The associate told me to bring in a sample of the lotion, and that there was a very good chance it could be duplicated. Again, that was on Feb. 24, 2020. I have left several messages inquiring about the sample I had left. At first I just figured that during Covid-19 they were probably just closed. Then, I was concerned that maybe something bad happened to the family ..... I checked the web site to find others leaving positive reviews regarding their orders. I tried calling, I joined their email list.....NOTHING!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! A simple call to say they were unable to duplicate the scent is all that needed to happen.
Great unique scents and reasonable prices. Very impressed!
Like it a lot, just a tick more than I'm used to spending on wax, and I don't mean Walmart wax, I buy a lot of wax, and they price theirs quite a bit more per ounce. They have great candles and room sprays. Cute store.
I love this candle store. Their scents are spot-on and the soy wax is my favorite.
I have just received a gift box of your beautiful soy products for Mother's Day. Question: I am reluctant to burn candles due to the black smoke they often create. What can you tell me about this issue.
