I tried to spend money there, but when I arrived the man at the counter was not wearing a mask and was on the phone. He never greeted me or acknowledged I was there and he never put his mask on. After 2 minutes, I waited outside because it didn't feel safe. While I waited outside, he never looked my way or tried to greet me so after 5 minutes, I left. I would have been happy to wait inside if he had been wearing a mask and I wouldn't have minded him being on the phone if he would have acknowledge my existence by giving the univeral gesture of I'll be right with you. There was, however, a very friendly dog who did greet me.

Lots of supplies and wide material selection! Great customer support, he gave me some good suggestions on material and future quilting ideas. I also got to pet Chester, the friendly dog that roams the building :) Wonderful experience and I can't wait to go back!

My wife went to purchase a sewing machine for her birthday and Kerry was very rude to her when she called to check on the status of her order. At the time she ordered she was told it would only be a couple of days to receive her new machine so she was surprised when she needed to follow up with a call to the store to check on the status after she had not heard anything after a week. Kerry was very rude to her after she said that she wanted to cancel her order because it would be 4 months until that machine would arrive. She explained that she would need to call back to provide the needed information for the return and he hung up on her. It seems to me that he over promised and was not knowledgeable in the current sewing machine industry.
