Got a good selection of shoes,boots

The only reason I give this place 2 stars is because Red Wings make very nice boots, as far as this store ranking i wouldn't give it 1 star... I was at Cabela's waiting for the girl to check if they had the 83906 in stock because they had the 83907(non ST) on the display for $174. While I was waiting i decided to check prices at Amazon they had the 83906 for $172, still waiting in Cabelas I figured I'd price check how much they are directly from Red Wing (this one @ 75th and Thomas) the salesman that answered the phone asked me for the code I was looking for, I told him the 83906 in 9W after a min on hold he came back and said yes he has them and I asked how much that I was at Cabelas but if they don't have them I will run across town before they close. He replied with $154 so thinking I'm going to save $20 the wife and I run out of Cabelas and fly across town before they close to get my new boots.... when I get there the salesman asks how can I help you, (me not knowing the code off the top of my head replied with) "im the one who called about the 9W boots a little bit ago" and he said oh okay the 83906 (keep in mind he remembers the exact code) I said yes thats them. So he goes and gets them from in the back , I was so happy, fit perfectly and so nice I say I will take them then put my boot back on and get to the register to hear him say that will be $217.... when I say how's that possible if they are $154 he reply with I thought you was talking about this other hiking shoe thats $154 ... lol he remembers the code and knew exactly what boot it is without me looking it up when I'm there but yet tried to claim the cost was because he didn't know what boot it was... Lesson learned NEVER BUY from the shop, they will lie their a*# off to get you to come buy from their store and not care if you just waisted ur time. Now I'm so upset I don't even know if I want to buy that brand and will hold off for now. Sincerely, 1 unsatisfied RW fan.

THE BEST SERVICE..THE LADY'S WERE SO HELPFUL I WOULD GO BACK AGAIN AND TELL MY FRIENDS .

Me and my husband came to buy shoes for ourselves, as we walk in your employee tells us 1 per family! What difference does it make if another person walks in. We are paying customers and its very inconvenient for me to wait outside while he gets his then me, we walk in together and walk out together. This location lost our business. And just so this location knows we are here at the 35th Ave and Glendale location. And what do you know? We are both inside getting what we need! 4 customers max. They get 2 paying customer's instead of none. Next time ask if we are both purchasing. Poor management if you ask me!
