Did good brazilian blow out in my hair for the first appointment in November 2019. So good I paid a deposit to schedule my next appointment in Dec 2019. She even confirmed the 2nd appointment the night before. However after an hour drive to her salon, she said I didn't have an appointment. She clearly overbooked hoping someone would cancel and that was not the case. Took her 8 days after the fact to refund me my deposit. Only received it back after I had disputed the charge with my bank. Doubt I'm the only one she has attempted to do business with in that way. Won't be back and that's her bad because I tipped over 20% for her service and purchased all recommended products.
