Stopped by yesterday to look for a pair of sunglasses. We both were wearing masks but were not allowed in the store because 2 other couples were in the store. The staff told us to wait outside. IN THE SUN! It was 115 degrees outside in the shade! We left and went to another store, came back and still 2 couples in the store and not admittance for us. No store is worth waiting to enter in 115 degree heat, in the sun. This is Phoenix in July!!!! 🥵🌡🔥🌄

Jocelyn was great at helping me find the right sunglasses she let tried as many as possible, offer feedback was intentional and delivered a high level of service although the store is an hour away from where I live definitely would drive all the way to this Sunglass Hut store, they have an extensive selection of sunglasses and great customer service. Thank you Jocelyn!

Just bought a new pair of Oakley’s at this location- the service was excellent! Jocelyn helped me find the perfect pair and was very kind.

Awesome place had an issue with my glasses and one of the employees helped solve the issue he showed alot of interest and was really helpful
