They messed up my ring by thinning it out from what it originally was. It was a comfort fit before. Definitely not worth it. He said that he didn’t do anything when he clearly messed it up. Very disappointed and frustrated. He was also disrespectful, horrible customer service.
I've been here three times and had a good experience. He's a little pricey but does good work.
They really sucked they wanted to charge me $25 for a new clasp on a silver bracelet, that's what I paid for the bracelet. They don't even have a diamond tester.
Beware! Before you purchase jewelry from this spot Smile Jewelry, just know that this guy has his jewelry way overpriced for what it's worth! Totally not worth it what's so ever.
Horrible service this is the kiosk near sunglass hut.. do not take a watch there for repair unless it's a cheap watch and even then I wouldn't take there.
