I am having an issue with wasps. I noticed the logo on a guy's shirt as he walked by and asked him what he knew about wasps. He introduced himself and asked what I wanted to know. Stan was very helpful and full of information. I asked if he could come over to my house. He said that Rove does not service that area but that they would be happy to recommend someone and to answer any further questions I had. It was very refreshing to talk to a happy, informative professional. If you are in their area I would highly suggest using Rove.

Very happy with the service and value. Saw a definite improvement in reducing spiders entering my home or building webs around my entryways. Did not impact the pollinators that were still coming into the garden.

Carlos came to my home a few weeks back and told me about the series and we had a long talk. Well as of a couple days ago I reached back out to Carlos and he was responsive and helpful and got me signed up and the initial appointment set. He even followed up after the first appointment (which was set for the very next day...awesome) to make sure it all went well. Carlos did an amazing job and I would recommend him and Rove Pest Control everyday of the week to any and everyone.

Update 11/9/20: The original service started in June 2020, a followup service was done in August. A woman was at our home about 5 minutes. She stated she brushed eaves for wasps & spiders. We have had wasps and spiders there before and after her visit. She Put granules around base of house for fleas and ticks, (we have a dog) and sprayed front columns for worms we only have in early spring. I don't understand how she could have completed everything in the time she was there, I do not recommend ROVE PEST CONTROL. Expensive and poor service after first encounter. Regular old bait and switch.nnI contracted with Rove Pest Control on a Sunday with their representative Curt and he was so informative about their preventive services as well as their ability to remove any pests you may currently have. On the following Monday afternoon Stan and Noah came to my house for my initial preventative service and explained everything they were going to do as well as telling me their findings afterward. They were efficient and professional going about their work.
