I just spoke with the owner Laurie after an unfortunate experience at the store. She was wonderful. She apologized for my unfortunate experience and was very helpful with giving me some info that may help with my remodel. I will not hesitate to work with Laurie in the future! Great selection of LVP and I like keeping my business local!

We were really pleased with the service we received from Bisbees.nThey were helpful, on time and the installation team was very thorough.
When it was time to replace our carpet (3 boys, 1 dog) we looked around but had a friends recommendation that Laurie and the team at Bisbee in Sun Prairie were amazing. What an understatement!!!nLaurie took time to understand us, what our tastes were, what our needs were and took time to educate us on the different products that were available.nOnce we made our choice and it was time to install I was again completely impressed. Chad did the install and he is a true master craftsman at his trade. We are overwhelmingly happy with both the product and the installation! In fact we wish we had done this sooner.nnWe had another small project that we did a self install on (a sun room) and Laurie helped us keep our costs low and Chad gave suggestions for a successful install.nnWe have one LARGE update in our future, the lower level of our house. We WILL be using Bisbee again as we think they are the absolute best!
Laurie & her entire team were such a dream to work with. The entire experience was wonderful. From the process of looking at samples, measuring, ordering, communication on the status to the installation. Thank you Bisbee's! The window coverings were the final touch needed in our new home.
