Really wanted to like this place. The store is very pretty and the random gifts are adorable. However, upon entering the store I was not greeted with even a simple “Hello” let alone a “How can I help you?”. Walked around the store for a few minutes browsing and was never acknowledged. I was upset but tried to chalk it up to maybe an inexperienced associate. However, I visited the Hilldale location a few months later and received the same cold experience. Definitely felt uncomfortable. I won’t be back.
Wow, this place is adorable! I came in with a limited amount of time to purchase some gift plants and little decorative planters, and I left about 15 minutes later with a lovely selection of three beautiful plants with a very pretty pot for each. Katie the owner was so friendly and helpful! The overall selection of plants is very appealing: small ivies, indoor plants, succulents, more medium sized plants -- all healthy and thriving. Given the quality of merchandise, I found the prices incredibly reasonable, and I don't know of another business in the area like it. In the past I have driven all the way over to a nursery in the Atwood area. I used to live around the corner and I'm so sorry I won't be able to visit Katie's shop more often. I hope the new apartment buildings across the street will bring her lots of business. A wonderful addition to the neighborhood!
Great little plant store! Good variety of interesting indoor plants with knowledgeable staff who are more than happy to help you pick out the right plant to brighten your office or home.
