love cousins. friendly staff. way better subs
Not mad, just disappointed.nWe put in an online order, coworker picked it up. Subs were not ready, all 3 were ordered with no lettuce, and all 3 had lettuce.
Just had an awful experience at Cousins - not sure who the gal was that approached me but rude and should not be in the restaurant business. Unfortunately I think it was the manager. Subway is the way to go - friendly and always has the orders right!
Stopped by tonight (Halloween) a little before 6 pm to get food for my family. Store was closed, and hours on door said open until 8 pm and on website say open until 6:30 pm. No additional notice posted on doors or windows about why they were closed during normal business hours. I can only assume they must have management issues.
Very good help they were all friendly and food was good.
