The service and selection at Carpets Plus of Wisconsin- Madison West was excellent. We would not go anywhere else except Carpets Plus. Once you find the best there's no reason to go anywhere else. I highly recommend anybody and everybody to use Carpets Plus. We've had them install all different types of flooring and in a couple of different houses and have been pleased every time. Thanks Paul and the rest of the crew for treating us so well.
Our entire experience was great, from picking out the carpet, to the measuring of our space, to the installment. Everything went very smooth and was so easy. Paul was great to work with and the guys who installed the carpet were great as well! Would definitely recommend!
We were moving and had a limited time from when they could measure/order and complete the installation before our move in date. Paul and Steve were so helpful with product options to make sure the job could be done for us. Paul did a great job keeping me updated throughout the process and the installers were great too. We were thrilled with the finished product when we moved in!
I had a great experience with carpets plus, Paul was very knowledgeable, honest and helpful. My carpet and vinyl flooring project was done exactly like they said and finished the same day plus the workmanship was very professional. I highly recommend carpets plus for your next carpet or hard flooring project.
