I read previous reviews and I’m not sure how they could have issues or a bad experience here but mine was great. I time built with one of their Seneca 2s for my MEI. I enjoyed my time with them and the flying. There has definitely been some good memories flying here! I would love to see their operation up in Alaska as it’s 4 times bigger. I will also say the owners are extremely customer based and I was impressed how nice they are. They have some of the most affordable aircraft for rent this side of the Mississippi.

Best flight school in the area hands down. The rates are fair and the instructors are amazing. I wouldnt want to fly anywhere else. Thank you paul for the quality time you have offered during my flight training. Jordan.

Angel Aviation is a fantastic, small flight school. They have a handful of remarkably well kept and cleaned planes and cheaper rates for Cessnas than I was able to find anywhere else in Phoenix. Zach, my flight instructor, is a great human being who genuinely loves teaching people how to fly. After leaving another school at the Glendale airport with some very misleading billing practices, I was damn happy to find such a straight up, tightly run flight school and finished out my Private Pilot's License here. 10/10. I absolutely, positively recommend this school to anyone in the process of gaining wings. Thank you guys!

I reached out December 3rd with a request to meet with an instructor for a quick conference on lessons since I have completed my written and medical for PPL. I was given an email back from Jason that said "Not sure you can get done in 30 days". I replied, "I am not looking for an accelerated course." He apologized and told me that someone would contact me. I left a voicemail on December 20th requesting a meeting time again. No answer back. On January 6th I sent Jason an email back telling him I still have not received any reply. Here it is January 7th, and still not even the courtesy of any reply. So I am not going to beg to be someone's customer. I have just secured lessons with another company who actually appreciated my business.

Giving one star because I can't give zero stars. They took my money and swung me around like a cat and didn't teach me anything. If you have money to burn this is the place to go. I have documented evidence. Wrote to the owner about how my time and money was wasted and he went ahead and charged me more. Let me give you a heads up, any school that charges upfront is not worth it. This school tells you that they give you a good rate if you pay upfront, but they really don't. The plane is kept in a hangar and instruction is charged by the minute. The time you spend pulling the fckin heavy plane from the hangar you pay for it. The time you spend listening to the instructor shooting off his mouth on irrelevant stuff you pay for it. The owner, an old man from Alaska will convince you that he's the best instructor for you, which could be or may not be true since he didn't teach me, but as soon as you sign up he throws you off to another one.
