I'm so glad I found this program! I'll admit I was skeptical at first about the time commitment and cost and whether or not it would be worth it. I can now say it absolutely was worth it. After only a couple of days I knew we had made the right decision to enroll our kids. Alyssa is fantastic and clearly has a passion for what she does. I would recommend ISR without a doubt to anyone who has small children. If you're thinking about enrolling your child - do it! You won't regret it. Thank you Alyssa for teaching these important, life-saving skills!
Alyssa taught our 20 month old twins to be comfortable and safe in the water. We are very happy with her skills and how well she worked with the children. I definitely recommend taking your kids to her.
Excellent class that teaches your little ones to rescue themselves. This is the second time I've enrolled Ian, my 2 year old son. Last year, he learned how to get to a float in case he fell in a pool. This year, he learned the swim-float-swim sequence to reach the side of the pool while taking breaths between swims. This class is amazing, and totally different from traditional swimming lessons. Although this does not give parents permission to not supervise their children while swimming, this skill may save your kid's life in the split second you weren't looking. I will totally recommend it. Alyssa is a great instructor, very patience and sweet!
