I went in for my new job pre employment testing and I can not express the big difference I notice from when I was there last year. The ladies at the front desk were polite and explained how long the wait would be.i believe Mac and Christy were my doctors when drawing the blood they made it easy and explained throughly the process and what the blood was being collected for. Dr Mac was training Dr christy and I have never seen someone be patient and explain every step throughly without making it seem hard or confusing as he did. Overall my experience was a 10. If I ever need any testing again I will assure to return to this clinic and request these two amazing people.

I am always pleasantly surprised when I enter a Concentra facility and I’m greeted with kindness and professionalism. The westside location excels at assisting customers quickly and professionally. The parking is convenient, the facility is clean and safe, and I have never had any complaints about the staff who work there.Hats off to the entire West side Concentra team!

Do not go over at this place for anything they were missed diagnos you on purpose so you can come back and pay them more money there are a bunch of thief. They will tell you that you failed an exam and then when you prove them wrong they'll say all well sorry but you have to pay them again to do the same test again.

Got a test for work; staff were very polite, ran the place as efficiently as possible. Let you wait in your car (covid precaution) and one they called you in did the test quickly.

Staff is always very friendly and willing to help. They're very thorough and answer any questions you have. I enjoy using Concentra any time I have to use their services for work.
