Periodically I'll go there. I go to the one inside West Town Mall! I like to have their single pizza slices! I really do like it!

I like Sbarro different types of pizza. They also have pasta, mac, and cheese, breadsticks, and salads.

My wife ordered a meal. She was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. 10 minutes later she was again told it would be ready in 10 minutes. She didn’t see any progress being made.nnShe asked for her money back. The person at the counter said he couldn’t refund her money without his manager. He made no attempt to contact the manager.nnMy wife eventually went elsewhere. Sbarros’ never refunded her money or gave her any food.

I love their quality of pizza but the I’ve had a few problems with their costumer service they have taken a while to make just one pizza (at the West Towne Mall in Madison) even though I’ve gotten free pizza because of the problem, I still had to wait and I had to run arrands. Overall, their food is great.
