Let me start by saying, I love to eat here! The last time we'd been to one was when we lived in Boston. While the food is terrific , our male server was well beyond wonderful and attentive, (even helped me order). Cilantro in rice was a perfect touch. My husband cut his steak with a butter knife and my elderly Scottish sister-in-law was jealous that the Shepherds pie was tastier than hers, we had a slight problem. I couldn't sit out in the mall on display or in the high top tables at the entrance. The hostess was less than pleasant about it even after I had told her we could walk the mall and wait. The bill was $111.00 and we added a $25 tip and Shepherds pie envious sister-in-law left an extra $5 (shes so sweet). I just figured with how the times are changing, staff should learn how to deal with people, maybe learn a bit of tolerance that they preach. That being said, waiter was over the top wonderful and the white choc rasp cheesecake was over the top yum. We will be sure to make a special trip through again in a couple weeks. Look forward to giving extra 2 stars.

I really enjoy going to cheesecake factory; their food is amazing. The only thing that was slightly disappointing is when ordering online, I had the option t take out cilantro in my taco salad, but they called and said they couldn't do that. However, I really appreciated that they called and were able to switch my meal.

Always good food, but the lady at the cash register last night rang me up, took my 10$ tip for take out food, didn't say thank you or have a nice day literally pushed my food in front of me & went on about her business. I always tip when I come in there, you all won't be receiving any tips from me anymore. You'll be lucky to keep my business.

During our visits to Madison, we usually always stop by The Cheesecake Factory for dinner and dessert. Two of us got the pineapple shrimp dish, one person got the chicken pot pie, one person got a bacon burger, and we all enjoyed an egg roll sampler as an appetizer. Somehow, I've never tasted their magical Tamarind-Cashew sauce on any of my trips to The Cheesecake Factor, but now I'm obsessed! It goes with the avocado egg rolls and it is delicious and sweet! I ended up buying a pint of that (10 bucks) and Spencer brought me some extra to dump on my rice. He was awesome and prompt and gave us all a great experience!!
