So, at 8am, I heard a tiny knock on the door and two seconds later the door opens. Really? I closed the very quickly before I even saw who was behind it. I didn't look but I imagined that someone went flying across the hall.nThe complimentary breakfast bag was a 10 cent bottle of water, an apple sauce cup and a snack bar.nOverall, I think that two stars is very generous.

Not very clean, dial of a/c heater did not work, lots of broken furniture, breakfast was a paper bag, not many people wearing masks. Staff friendly.

What started as a 1 am phone call from Appleton, WI to see if there were rooms available because our sister went into labor and being closer to her just felt like something we had to do and due to COVID we couldn’t go into the hospital, this hotel was very accommodating! E were told only suites were available with a jacuzzi, what better way to wait for good news than in a jacuzzi, front desk offered us a late check out due to getting in late, and our dogs were able to come with us, no questions asked about their breed or size. Workers were all friendly and excited right along with us about the birth of the baby. Went to check out at 1pm and was told they entered it for us to stay a full 24 hours, so check out was actually Sunday at 1pm, even better! We will definitely be frequent flyers here and even though the complimentary breakfast wasn’t available I thought it was convenient that the hotel supplied breakfast in a bag for hotel guests, it wasn’t much but it wasn’t something that they had to do!! Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean and supplies filled upon request as needed! In this pandemic this hotel was well put together and responsible!
