I wanted to follow up on my review to state that Heather contacted me and did a great job following up on the left item. Although the entire item wasn't found I appreciate that she went above and beyond to ensure that I received good customer service. Thank you Heather for taking the time and making the effort to fix this for me. This did NOT go unnoticed and was highly appreciated.
Closet door fixed with duct tape, rooms were clean
I stay in hotels three times a month, many times Fairfields. This is my favorite (except for the fitness center NOT being open before 6am). Good eating choices near.
Very little vegan food options but rooms are well kept and beds are comfortable. Staff is very welcoming. Neighbors very loud but that's not the hotel's fault.
Very clean, easily accessible from the highway. Great location close in proximity to eating establishments and other shopping. Recognizable from the highway. Friendly staff and comfortable bed. Should my travels take me back to this area I will visit again. Highly recommend!
