The shine has worn off.
Had set up a time to pick up my Thanksgiving dinner but still was in long line. Otherwise was very pleased with pickup. Went very smoothly. Let you know about food after eating

After a recent shopping experience, we discovered that we left two bags of groceries in the cart after returning it to the corral. When we realized the error, we called to see if they were still there. The customer service representative that answered the phone, Cindy, immediately went outside to check the carts. Unfortunately, the groceries weren't there, but the customer service attempt was so fantastic that Cindy and her training should be recognized to be at the highest level. Hy-vee is a great place to shop, and this location is excellent four going above and beyond for their guests.nnThank you!
Always clean, staff is friendly. Maybe not the biggest bargain, but you get quality for what you pay for.
