Ordered using online ordering and it was very easy and well organized, I paid online with secured payment option. Picked up purchase at online pickup counter, you can do curbside pickup as well, I was in and out of store within minutes. I called store prior to placing order as I wanted to confirm I was ordering from correct location. The person I spoke with was very helpful and friendly. Same when I picked up the order, staff is friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help. The store itself is well organized, good lighting with aisles wide enough to accommodate traffic flow. They even have a tasting area. My experience was a good one, I felt appreciated as a customer and I appreciated that employees were wearing masks and the store was clean and well maintained.
Love this store! We lived on the W coast for awhile and discovered this store; so happy Madison got one too!nThe staff here are so friendly, especially the cashier Minda! Every time we go in there she is so kind and genuinely seems to care about you. Clarissa is so nice too!nGood selection, excellent service! And the workers who do curbside are fabulous too! A excellent variety of wines, spirits and everything in between. The prices are fairly reasonable and they offer large quantity discounts. It also offers a create your own six pack with a whole aisle to choose from. They also offer a great seasonal beer selection in addition to purchasing single cans and bottles. They also offer shooters and pints of liquor instead of commiting to a big bottle
Not from the area, so this was my first visit. The store was impressive with a substantial selection of wine, spirits, and beer. As a bourbon drinker, I found their selection deep and reasonable. No they don't have those hard to get Kentucky only bottles. But no one does. I can honestly say that at least 3 people asked if I needed help as I wondered the aisles which is mighty impressive. I plan on returning every time I am in Madison.
Truly the best stock and variety of any liquor store I've ever visited, complete with cheese and snacks. There really is everything here.nnHowever, they must have an issue with underage buyers because they also have very strict carding rules, so don't forget your ID or you'll be making a extra trip.
