Writing this for my boyfriend because he never would.nnWe recently went here to have his glasses repaired, one of the side pieces broke off completely from the frame. They were able to fix it within 2 days. Great repair job too. Happy with the customer service. Will be going back.

I bought a new setting for my engagement ring at Middleton Jewelers a few years ago. It's beautiful and I had great service. Just recently took it back to be sized down 2 sizes and they went the extra mile to not just resize it but to make sure that all of the stones were secure. Excellent service and craftsmanship.

I am new to the Middleton area and found an ad for Middleton Jewelers in a mail flyer. One of the pins in the band of my favorite watch broke. Upon walking in, I was greeted by both Josh and Manny. They were able to replace the pin and also offered to change the battery. The entire process took approximately 5 minutes and when I went to pay my bill, I was told that the services were complimentary as I was new to the neighborhood. How awesome was that - I will be definitely be returning for other services and recommend them 100%.

Will never go to another jewerly store again! This place has it all; quality, respect, fun, the friendliest people, and prices to fit your budget. Manny is a diamond himself. He went above and beyond helping us find the perfect piece for my husband and I. You will never regret stopping here. The turn around time for our custom piece was INSANE! I was expecting weeks and it was ready in days. Logan, the goldsmith, will make your dreams come true. Joey was so much fun and made sure we were taken care of. Middleton Jewelers is a one of a kind gem in the Madison area.

They took the links out of my watch I haven’t been able to wear because it was too big. They were quick, efficient, and friendly! Also took the time to clean my wedding ring while I waited for my watch. I’ll be back!
