Great service, great product and fast delivery. I ordered my desk on a Saturday and received it early Thursday morning. The delivery driver was very professional and pleasant. I contacted them a couple times to get the status of my delivery and the staff was very polite and responsive. I normally don't write google reviews, but this was a worthy experience for a review. The desk was easy to assemble and very good quality for the price. I recommend this company to anyone looking for great furniture, service and delivery across the board.
Can't recommend Madison Liquidators enough!! The sales and service have been amazing! Delivery was incredible fast, the 2 desks we ordered exceeded our expectations and the help I received from the sales people through the chat...from placing the order, questions about products answered and tracking my order saved me so much time! Super friendly too! We will definitely be buying all future office furniture from Madison Liquidators! A+++++++
Madison Liquidators doesn't deliver what its name promises, has no return policy, and their sales staff isn't helpful. I purchased an office chair from Madison Liquidators, a B6566 for $190 ($200 with tax). A quick google search shows you can purchase this chair, brand new, for around $100. A true liquidator should be giving discounts, not selling at retail prices. An hour after my purchase I decided this wasn't the chair for me, however, they do not accept any returns. They did offer in store credit but I don't want to pay retail prices for used office furniture. I recommend OFR in Sun Prairie, a store that upholds to the promise of a true liquidator. There you can get refurbished Steelcase V1 leaps for $200, these chairs brand new are around $1600 - now that's liquidation!
Absolutely amazing company!!nSuper nice and friendly.nExtremely helpful and polite and they really helped me out in a tough situation, where I only had days notice to get a conference room setup with all the furniture, and they delivered with amazing shipping and were able to get me everything in time for our big conference meeting!nThey have great prices and very knowledgeable staff!nThank you Madison Liquidators!!
