I have been in the trades/remodeling, handyman & painting for 30 years, but I can't always get to my projects. They remodeled my kitchen, painted throughout, and replaced doors and trim. When Tim Meidl learned of our need to locate contractors for several, large home maintenance jobs, he quickly went into action locating skilled and competent contractors. In a short while, there were follow up contacts from contractors that led to cost estimates for the proposed job. The whole experience in the removal of a large ash tree went smoothly because of Tim’s quick response in getting a contractor to evaluate and submit a proposal for the work. Tim’s oversight is valuable and assures customer satisfaction. No need to worry that the ball will get dropped on a project. My husbancd and I are in our late 70s and appreciate the ease of working with Tim who is accessible and aims to please.
