Items are dry and burnt... this has happened twice in a row.
They have this new drink called a lemonade frost, it is made to order and it’s the best thing I have ever had in my life! The employees are so wonderful they are always smiling and are quick to get your order together. Love this place! Keep up the good work guys!!
Don't listen to the seething manchild in the reviews. This establishment has been consistently good for a number of years. Some guy decided to embarrass himself and give this place a number of one star reviews for whatever reason.
Great Place. Good soft pretzels. Much cleaner now that its under new management. Always reasons to let employees go.
Used to love the place. Until they got taken over. NEW management fired all of the good employees right before Christmas. I will forever boycott what used to be my favorite indulgence. Rude and incompetent new staff. Miss you Bob. You were the best long time pretzel maker ever. Always smiling, fresh pretzels, nice service. Hope the new management fails due to this awful business practice.
