Excellent experience from start to finish. I needed a custom frame for a panoramic puzzle our family completed during the pandemic. Melissa quoted several options in record time during my first visit. I returned with the puzzle and had a professionally framed piece the very next day! When I returned for pick up, I spoke with John who was just as friendly and helpful as Melissa had been. In my opinion, the premium cost is worth the superior product quality and fantastic customer service.

Melissa is so friendly and knowledgeable. I told her the approximate size I needed, brought in a paint swatch and photo of the room. She found a beautiful print and made the frame that goes with it perfectly. The whole process was fast and easy. I love it....so happy!

I was able to purchase the broken glass on my wall picture to take it home and install it myself. They cut it right on the spot so no need to come back to pick it up.
