Mark came out with a issue I had with bees. He did an amazing job and explained everything that he was going to do. He went above and beyond with the service that I needed by spraying not only the effected area but went around the whole perimeter of my house. I would recommend Orkin to anyone.

They said between 8 and 10am they were. They called me to let me know they are in their way. Showed where the bee hive were, he took care of all them. Also went over the spray care cause we have two little ones an one hive was by the playset we have. Told us they may have to come again due to how big the hive was. Very informative! Thank you! High recommend.

Nice people, but the mosquito treatment hasn’t worked either last season or this season. We called and they even did longer sprays to make it more effective. It still hasn’t been all that helpful. We still are driven inside every evening at dusk by mosquitoes

Way too expensive! Guy was here 5 mins, did not clear the nest out of the vent, and the eve is all messy from the spray! He just spray it and left. For a 250+ bill I expect much more of a service! My suggestion is find someone local.

I started service with this company to do bug control and mosquito treatments. I was told that I would go on the easy pay service for a one year contract and I would pay $205.50 for the first visit and $70.05 a month thereafter. Within 3 weeks I was charged over $425. I called repeatedly to get a refund on the overcharge and got no response. I left several messages for a manager to call me back and not one call was returned. I did catch the service manager once and he said he would look into it and call me back, but he never did. They finally refunded $45.50 and say a credit of @$70 would be refunded soon, but I'm still out $310, assuming that refund gets posted, plus a LOT of time trying to get this issue resolved. I finally told them I wanted my contract cancelled and a refund (they have a money back guarantee if you are not satisfied) which apparently they can pick and choose who gets that. Very poor service from the Madison WI office and no way to contact anyone higher up. Lesson learned...I will never do business with them again and tell anyone that is looking for this service to look elsewhere.nnThe one thing that was good was the service guys were polite.nnUpdate: The Service Manager did call me back, apologized for the situation and understood my feelings about it. He then told me they would refund everything I had been charged to date. I have received that refund and appreciate his understanding. If they get their accounting straightened out, they could be a decent service. The spraying in the home has eliminated the spiders and I do appreciate that!
