Great place for customers who want customized solid surface
We have a 1998 Parade home in Sun Prairie and used Vendura for my countertops. I have a dark green color in the kitchen and a lighter green in the bath and I love it. Over the years i have had it buffed to remove light scratches and called Vendura to come and do it. It was reasonable price to have it done. This year I called again, and they told me that they no longer do residential but only businesses and they gave me a name of contractor to have him do it. I have called him several times, set up appointments and he never shows. I now have no one from the company willing to support the Vendura countertops. This is very disappointing and measure of poor practice in my view, and leaves those of us residential customers in the lurch. Poor customer service and without a solution.

I paid over $11,000 to put these specially ordered countertops throughout my house. In less than 5 years, the sink in my kitchen is cracked!! So much for durable solid surface! They say they will help but after 4+ months and COUNTLESS (often not returned ) calls, I still have a cracked sink in my solid surface island that I cant use. So dont count on a 15 year warranty either I guess! Beautiful work initially...just pray it stays that way and you dont EVER need assistance again.
