Great clock shop. Lots of awesome clocks to look at and possibly buy. They fixed on an old clock I recieved and now its keeping time and striking on the hour as it should.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The shop dis-assembled my clock, told me it could not be fixed, told me it was of low quality, and returned it to me with all of the parts in a baggie. Beyond this, they had the clock for months and were incredibly rude over the phone when I inquired about its estimated completion date. Stands out as one of the worst businesses I have worked with.

He knows his stuff. Very helpful and well trained in the trade. I would trust him with any old clock.

If close my eyes and envision a clock shop, I would see clocks from floor to ceiling, everywhere I look. Now this is a clock shop. My wife and I traveled from Kansas City, looking for a clock and found it at Kappel's. A beautiful Chalet Cuckoo Clock that they had taken in on trade and repaired. The clock is a perfect addition to our collection and has worked flawlessly. Scott also worked with me to get a new set of quartz movement for a wall clock that was handmade by my grandfather. He pulled out the parts and assembled them for me to listen to. Please stop by and see Scott at Kappel's. I hope you have a great experience also.

I also repair clocks for a living (I don't sell them). I have found the people and work performed by Kappel's to be of the highest quality. No one can do it all; While you might think we would be competitors, Kappel's does many things better - not just than anyone in the state, but I would say the region.nnYou will search a long time to find a better showroom filled with antique and new clocks, Some of their antique clocks are so precious, I believe they are not for sale. It is worth the time to visit and look around.nnWhile we may provide some different services and our styles may not be the same - I think after twenty years in the business I can offer an informed opinion that Kappel's Clock Shop is a Great Place!
