These folks made a banking error that caused a cascading overdraft that caused cascading overdraft fee charges. They fixed two incidents that were caused by the error, but failed to fix the remaining two overdraft charges, that were very obviously caused by their error. I just never returned to them to do any banking. Very inept people with no empathy. They mess with your life causing grief, but show no concern for taking responsibility, or properly addressing their errors. If you must use Bank of America, use another branch.
