Excellent banking facility and a very convenient location!! The tellers and bankers are always so professional and friendly. You should switch to Chase!!
The banker didn’t setup my nonprofit correctly. We ended up making several trips to the bank. A restriction was put on the account due to the bankers error. I’ve made multiple calls I spoke to the branch managers Sal. Eight people later account still restricted and customer service is poor.
Personal Banker at this branch: Richard Jeffers is a racist. He refused to provide service to me and my family after an appointment was set and booked at the time of our arrival. Him and his team refused to let us step foot into their branch, stating a white customer had priority and was booked around the same time. After spending nearly an hour standing outside, he sent a teller to tell me they were closing and needed me and my family to leave. I've never experienced this type of hatred and discrimination in my life. I am saddened Chase allows this to happen in 2020.
