Never had an issue depositing money into my account at the ATM until this morning. Everything was normal until I put my $80 in the deposit feeder thing, then it tells me it couldn't return my money and to contact my financial institution, then it cancelled my transaction. Called my bank and I'm having them file a dispute to get my money back.

Got an auto loan thru them DF on the phone went to this branch to have it automatically withdrawn from my account was told I had to see a banker, he didn't know if it was done when I applied for the loan, didn't know how to pull it up didn't ask someone else if they knew how to look it up recommend I wait to the date it's suppose to be paid to see if it is pulled out of my account or not so of course it wasn't went back to the branch asked the teller to see if it was withdrawn she said no I said I really need it set up that way, she said I had to see a banker, so I said no way I will just make a call in the lobby because I already came in, instead of having a manager come over and make sure what the problem was she just let me go and call finally the lady on the phone got it set up so I went back in line to deposit money when some random lady who I think was a banker and was totally rude to me at a previous engagement when I wanted to open a checking account walks up (like I didn't notice her while she was hanging out in an office like it was a party and I was frustrated on the trying to get my account set up) like do you need help I said I rudely ignored her as she did me plenty of times. Getting my account set up to auto pay took me longer than the loan application and approval did I spent over an hour going a couple time to this branch This is horrible management and I honestly would never do business there again! Give notice where it is due they where kind to a women with a walker they brought her a chair to sit! maybe next time I will bring a walker with me!
