The staff was very helpful and courteous.
So my wife and I were going for a lazy brunch across the street from the branch. Suddenly we decided to go and open an account for my wife. We went in and a not so customer friendly person approached us, stared at my ripped jeans and clothes, asked what do we want. We told him we want to open a account or my wife and I already have a account in Bank of America. The guy said well we are busy and there is a 20 min wait you can come back. Interesting that there was only one other customer. Now this is not super rude but just wanted to say that I am taking my business elsewhere. Also I might move my existing accounts. Customer service matters
Wide drive through ATM BANK IS STILL CLOSED IN LOBBY
If only there was such thing as no stars. I came in and I there was only ONE representative at the window the other two - relationship bankers, were busy talking didn’t even bother to ask what the customers were in for. All I needed was a temporary Card and it took almost 10 minutes since I had to wait in line. I had to finally ask one of the Relationship bankers only for them to tell me they ran out and had to order more. Ridiculous!
Absolute joke, worst b of a around hands down . No matter when I come in there is one teller and long lines. Spend my whole lunch hour in line. One teller makes no sense. Wish I could give zero stars! So frustrating.
