I needed help with an investment account I opened thru chase so I came here to ask some simple questions about that account. They said that there’s only one person that knows about it and he’s off. I’m not the brightest person around but I was able to open the account on my own and start investing. I found it scary that apparently I knew more than the bankers seeing none of them knew how to even open a investment account, I was shocked. They took my number and told me they would have their investment accountant call me back when he returned and that was weeks ago I still received no call. I’m not so much upset with writing this review but very concerned with this bank. Either they were lying and simply didn’t want to help me (which I hope that’s it) or as professional bankers they seriously didn’t know how to help me understand this account better, or even how to open an investment account which even I knew how to do. Unfortunately I will not be returning to this bank
The drive thru is not open but the bank and outside machine is available, and customers were coming
Had to call like 10 times before someone answered. Tried to set an appointment for a notary and they said they didn’t have one today. Think it’s time for me to switch to another bank.
just stop by this branch last week for the 1st time, their services was great, nice, fast. what more do we ask for right. hope they can keep the way it is in the long periods of time.
