The only reason I'm leaving 1 star is because I have to leave this review. I now understand why they're not registered with the better business bureau. We had declined clearly in a text message that we did not want any service. They still sent someone out from Farmington to Albuquerque for the service. there was no notification they were coming before a 7 p.m. text the night prior to them coming in the morning that they were coming. we had texted back soon after that we had taken care of the problem and we will let them know if their services were needed. The guy came to spray anyway without first getting any signature or speaking to anyone or calling ahead after receiving our text we didn't need them. When he finally spoke to me, who knew nothing about it, he had already sprayed and asked me to sign his touch screen, that had absolutely no text on it about what I was signing. I had assumed the female that I live with had ordered the service. After we spoke, she had told me that she told him not to come the night prior, and did not even give them a payment method because we were not going to do the contract that she had initially called about when we saw a Black widow in our garage. I told her I would take care of it and we did. the guy came, sprayed around her house, didn't even address the issue that we had initially talked about. Apparently what I signed was a service agreement without even reading a single thing. We called to try and sort out this issue and Elaine was super rude, used anecdotal stories (such as we received no after care and have small dogs.. wondered if we should keep them away, and she said "well I have teacup (something dogs) and I get sprayed every month (or whatever the timeframe she said was). professional response would be no, this is safe for all pets or something along those lines. Additionally when I stated that my name wasn't even on the house and I signed for a service agreement (apparently.. again unbeknownst to me) for the person who owns the house, she stated, well my husband signs for me all the time. again, irrelevant and unprofessional response. She was combative, rude, and ended up sending us to collections.

House was just serviced by Julius in High Rolls. What a sincere professional! Julius was courteous, polite, and just a great person. Thank you for great cutomer service!

They treat all the pests and have different focus options available. Besides you regular pests like the garden variety bugs, spiders and ants, they also treat for rodents and weeds. Also their chemical is pet friendly. They are professional, easy to work with.

The pest/weed treatment quality has gone down tremendously since Carter services took over Pesttechs. Pesttechs would show up every other month and I had zero pest/weed issues. Since Carter services took over i now have to pay a high monthly fee for a quarterly service. With Pesttechs if I had any issues i could call and a technician would show up asap. I called carter services and was told that a technician would call me toschedule an appointment for my quaterly service which would be a few weeks. I expressed that I've seen a growth in pests/weeds I was told I have to wait my turn. I am having to buy weed killer so my HOA doesn't fine me. I would shop around before you commit to Carter services.

This company purchased the company that I had originally used. First, I would like to say how irresponsible they are. I have not heard from them since 2017. I have attempted multiple times to contact them and pay but never received a returned call or email. I was told multiple times during that year that they had a credit card on file. This was not true. Now it's 2020 and they are trying to collect money from me and have threatened to send my bill to collections. Second, Elaine in the office is ridiculously rude and is on a power trip. Owner has tried to blame customers for purchasing a company that had over 100,000 in debt.. Not my problem. Everyone in this entire company is clueless and on different pages. I wouldn't recommend this pest control EVER!!!!!
