ATM drive thru not working today Friday July 3rd 2020 at 7pm
Extremely poor customer service.! Walked in and waited for 10 minutes before being recognized, then we were told there's only ONE banker in today (On a Friday) plus there was 3 people ahead of us. We waited over 40 minutes before deciding to leave and go to a different Chase branch. There was also only ONE teller for the other customers. Stop going to this automated technology and bring back actual customer service. Extremely disappointed in this location.
Good customer service fast in and out the only reason I lost one Stars cuz it kind of smells mildewy to me but everybody's really friendly and stopping over the modern Bank my son's allergic to take it
Long wait to open a simple checking account. Either they need more New Accounts reps. Or faster service.
Horrible customer service bank teller was very rude I will never go back to this location.
