I love my new floor! This is the third time I have worked with Crystal Welsh to replace flooring. We have replaced two carpeted floors with hardwood and laid new tile in a bathroom. She was extremely helpful and friendly and offered expert advice. She listened to my ideas, but was ready with practical suggestions I wouldn’t have thought of otherwise. She was involved with the installation scheduling and followed up with me afterward. Our installer was awesome as well. He was polite, efficient and did excellent work. I will definitely use Coyle Carpet One for my future projects!

We were extremely pleased with the full experience of buying carpeting at Coyle. Our project was huge, including several rooms on both floors. Our salesperson spent a lot of time with us on three different stops to the store choosing the carpet type with helpful suggestions matching furniture and the rest of the house. Installation was excellent - all areas look great. Really appreciated the professionalism, flexibility, and workmanship of the carpet layers. Plus the price was fair and competitive.

I strongly recommend Coyle Carpets to anyone looking for flooring products. Our consultant - Crystal, was amazing to work with when selecting the product, colors and patterns that worked with our existing rooms, and applied no pressure to the selection and buying process. The installation team was also top notch! Polite, efficient, skilled, and delivered everything on time. We could not be more pleased and will be back again!

Becky was great to work with on the sales end. She really helped us narrow down all the millions of carpet options to find exactly what we were looking for!nnInstaller (sorry, forgot his name) was very efficient and did an excellent job! Carpet was installed in October 2020 during COVID-19, so we had multiple people at home online for work and school, installer was respectful of this and did his best to limit noise and work around everyone. Installer was also wearing face mask entire time while in our house during install. When carpet install was finished, installer did a very thorough clean up including vacuuming of the newly installed carpet.nnOverall, it was an excellent experience with Coyle and we would definitely recommend!ud83dudc4dud83dude00
