I have been with this vet for a little over 2 years. The staff are friendly and they prioritize making my cats as comfortable as possible. My cats have complicated medical issues. The staff have multiple times had my cats in for short notice appointments. They put a lot of effort into identifying issues early and being thorough enough to make sure my cats are getting the right treatment. I am moving to far away to be able to stay with them, otherwise this would be the vet my cats see for the rest of their lives. Even though we are moving away they definitely went above and beyond with last minutes issues that came up with our cats. Even seeing our cats the day before we were leaving to get health certificates I had forgotten we needed. They even let us leave our cats there for several hours after the appointment so the cats wouldn't have to stay in carriers while movers and cleaners were in the apartment! This is a fantastic clinic for anyone who loves their cats and prioritizes their cat's health.
The Cat Care Clinic was one of the only vets in the area that would make an appointment for my cat during covid. While I understand the need to limit appointments, my cat was experiencing frequent vomiting and digestive issues that I worried would exacerbate if left unattended.nThey handled check in responsibly and within social distance guidelines, the vet completed my cat's exam and called me within 15 minutes to discuss suggestions for addressing her issues. He listened to my concerns and questions and came to a solution with me to try a hypo-allergenic diet.nAll the staff were terrific with my cat and friendly towards me. Would definitely recommend this office to anyone with a feline friend!
A great place to bring your lil kitty. The vets and techs of course all love cats and do a great job of explaining what's going on and what your pets need. They're also cost conscious and will run numbers by you before you check out so you're not shocked at check out. They also email a summary of the visit and will call for updates if your lil friend has an ongoing issue.nnCovid note: you can't be in the exam room with your little dudes so you drop them off, they bring him back, conduct the exam, and call you to talk about what's going on.
Dr Anna is the most compassionate vet I've ever had the pleasure of working with. We received bad news today about our kitty. She gave us every possible route, was full of knowledge, and she shows how much she cares. If you go anywhere please consider CCC. We've had nothing but good things to say about everyone.. front desk, emails, etc. Just stellar service.
We love Cat Care and Dr. Anna Kelton. No other vet can compare to the experience and care we have gotten from the team there. They love our fur babies as their own and want them as healthy as we do! I would recommend them to any feline lover. There new location in The Lyric building is super convenient. You can park on East Washington usually, if not their parking lot is only a few bucks a visit.
