The person I worked with here does business the right way. Very straightforward and honest. I needed a place to house most of my belongings between leases and seeing as I lived across the street I figured the convenience couldn't be beat. I Met with him the day after I called and after learning that I would truly need the unit for 9 days do to my new place being renovated he gave me a bigger unit and told me so long as I was out by the on time and everything was taken care of properly I'd be good to go with no extra charge. I said YOU GOT BOSS and boom seamless.
Don't store anything here you can't afford to lose. The contact you sign absolves owner of any responsibility. The unit I rented leaked I brought it to owners attention and he would not respond. I have insurance with $500 deductible with $1300 of damage.
Haven't been paid for work I've done there and now my units lock is changed denying me access for not cutting grass for 3 weeks because I never got paid for 7 cuttings and at $20 per cut, that's over a month's rent.
