Great place to park out of the weather. Two of their payment kiosks weren't working so we had to go search for one. Otherwise, parking here was convenient.

Great spot to park in the evening. However two of the three payment machines are out of order, as of 11/30/2019

I have never found a working payment machine. There are only 4 of them that I know of so to find one that works, you may have to search. Its only prepay which doesn't work well when you don't know how long you need to park.

First there is no attendant. The people in front of us tried to pay with a credit card multiple times and the machine wouldn't accept their card. They left. We tried three times and it finally worked the last time. We had reservation for dinner at a restaurant close by for 7:30 so we thought 2 hours would be enough. We were seated 30 minutes late. We got back 23 minutes late and we had a ticket. No one around to talk with as we were more than willing to make up the extra hour. Seems this is a great scam to make money. No one to help but someone is there to give tickets. Will never visit this city again as we are not from this state in the first place. Why don't they just have an attendant unless they are just wanting to get extra money they don't deserve. The parking is not even secure.
